A training program with Train Me Academy provided so much structure and organization to my whole week. I always felt motivated to exercise and further my progress.The program taught me creative ways to keep my body moving. I am so pleased with the results. What I loved about Train Me Academy was the education behind the fitness program I was given. It helped me realize I had been wasting my time with certain exercises in the past and also helped me to set a clear path to reach my goals faster. Neil kick started my weight training journey which can always be quite intimidating as a woman. Neil is extremely supportive, motivational and knowledgeable. The program I was on was intense and hard work, but I loved it and saw results quickly. I was getting stronger with every exercise.Highly recommend Train Me Academy for anyone.

I love Train Me Academy’s flexible training! Every workout is both well-designed and fun and I love that I can do the workouts outdoors, especially during corona times. Neil is also an incredible trainer!
