Machines dont work properly, inserted my coins and not worked. I lost my money for a load of laundry.

Clean, convenient and an eye opener for a Laundromat novice like me! Snapscan and Zapper available and here I hustled to get a stack of R5 coins🙈

Am currently at the Langverwatcht branch, used Snapscan and Zapper on one machine and its not registering the payments. Two machines worked, that machine must be faulty. I cant use any other machine because one person is using 6 machines. No answer on the numbers provided. How will I get my refund?Update : Thank you Lee for your prompt response and this on a Sunday. No fuss refund received at the branch. Great service and great after service.

The lady said I could leave my clothes in the dryer well I went to find change. Came back and someone had taken my clothes out. The lady didnt even care. So wasted time for one to be free and then still had to wait for the clothes to dry.

Snapscan and Zapper payment options available on the machines making it very convenient. R37 for wash an R35 for dry. They seem to be very popular, almost all the machines were in use.

I notice a drop in price since I first started using the laundry..nice! And machines are large too in comparison to other laundries!!

Just want to inform the management of this branch that i am very dissapointed in the fact that priority gets given to those who drop off their laundry.I try to get to the laundromat as early as possible....on arrival their is no other clients but 99% of the machines are being utilized by staff to wash the drop and go laundry.Now i have to wait...after i woke up early,sat through traffic and dealt with all other issues and yet i cant get my familys laundry done.Can u please install a policy that forces staff to atleast leave 40% of the machines open for non drop and go clients?

After dropping my laundry at 7:40 for only ironing, the lady said it will be 13:00. I took a chance to go 12:15, when I got there my washing was not touched. The lady gave me attitude, saying it will be done at 13:00. I got there at 13:25 and she was still busy with it. I had to stand around and wait. Not even an apology, POOR SERVICE.
