Today was test day. And this being a third attempt (previously used a different driving school) at getting the all allusive green paper / license, one would think that nerves would have caused havoc. Thanks to AA Driving Academy, this was not the case. . .From first contact these guys delivered, their customer service/ care is on point! Clear communication, follow up and encouragement all the way.I was fortunate to have Dominic as driving instructor. He might look young, but DO NOT let that fool you, He KNOWS what he is doing. He makes a point of making the learner driver feel comfortable, has incredible patience in repeating procedures in order to correct mistakes, doing this all with a friendly demeanor and a smile on his face. Not once was he late or missed an appointment, always with a courtesy message in the morning to confirm the days appointment.I am incredibly grateful to AA Driving Academy for assisting me - I FINALLY got the licenseShahied - Thank you for the clear line of communication at the start, you run a tight shipDominic - Once again thanks for all the patience / guidance and giving me the confidence to know I can do this!With a clear conscience I can recommend AA Driving Academy to all Learner Drivers

The lessons were insufficient and lacked the detail required to pass a driving test. The car was totally unacceptable for a driving test. I would definitely not recommend this driving school. There are other schools that are much more professional and thorough.

Completely Unreliable!! Never answered his phone or messages after saying he was available to take my don for lessons.Not even sure if hes a registered driving instructor!

The instructurors are knowledgable. The service is of high standard. I would definitely recommend them going forward.

Very bad. The instructor seemed uninterested. Prices changed, to the higher. Dont use their services. You will probably fail your test and lose money.

If you are not willing to waste your money I will recommend you not to use this their service for your driving lesson,as I their client happen to be the victim of unsatisied service they offered me. They dont give the client proper lessons, they dont pitch up and blame the client for it, they skip or doesnt cover lessons as promised and wanting the client to pay for extra lessons, they shift your appointment or lesson days unexpexted, they dont pick up or drop off the client on the test day and expect the client to get to the test centre and back from the centre on their own, they bring in different cars which is not in good condition for theclearner to use for the test, the instrutors are very rude or nasty after the have taken your own, naturally the offer a poor service which I will advice you not use this unseriouse company if you really want achieve your car license as I was a victim of them taking my money and time for granted which I regret very much. I curse this Company !!!!

Let me cut a long story short, I havent seen your face before....... Find yourself a new driving school!!! those were the last words I heard after Shahied(MANAGER OF DRIVING SCHOOL) hung up on my phone call.Prior to that I had called the driving instructor at 9:30 am which was the time I had allocated with him and he said Im attending to another client now, OK bye no explanation no apology. Really unprofessional for a school that has been open for so many years.
