Have used Fines SA on two occassions now. all you do is pay and they handle the rest. End of August i used them for the first time, i had a fine that needed to be paid by 1 Sept 2021 which was in 2 days time otherwise i had to appear in court on 08 Sept 2021. i paid them and they handled everything and did not have to appear in court as they handled everything. i would advise everyone to use this service as it will and would only benifit you.

I do not know why but I somehow ignored the first few posts from Fines South Africa. I decided on Tuesday to pay the fine to Fines SA and was totally surprised that with in 48 minutes I had a mail from Payfast referencing my fine and Payment.I love that we can pay our fines by EFT through Payfast.Keep up the good work Fines SA.Thank you.

Completed the info required on their homepage with success confirmed and a 24-48 hour turn-around > that was early last week and here we are a fortnight later and still not a word or email or cellphone call as to reason for delay or an update of any sort. If this is how long it takes to get the traffic fine report I am beginning to realise how long I will have to wait for the fines to be processed and paid and to receive such receipt of settlement. As I have seen people mention on general reviews before (those whom have used such similar website services), that as for most part it is just better to inconveniently stand in a cue for a hour or two than to wait and chase after companies for weeks on end to do it for you - not sure its worth the hassle!

SCAMMER ALERT. This guys send me a 2 year old fine from PE with a car I do not know. Checked on AARTO site and I do not have tickets nationally as I paid all of them when I renewed my license in Dec 2020. Called their call center and the lady could not say where they got my details and she hung up the phone as she had no answers. Be careful with this company. Check you fines with AARTO before making any payments...…..lousy scammers

SCAM SCAM SCAM.... READ BELOW NB NB!!!Fines SA have just charged me R810 for a fine i got in Lonehill. When i checked on the actual PayCity website (linked to AARTO), the fine was only R385.00. Be careful with these guys as they almost conned me. Double check your information with AARTO. This is shameful.AGAIN TODAY 10 June i see these guys have done it again!! What a shambles! I paid for a fine in JANUARY, and now suddenly they are invoicing me for the PAID UP FINE for more than double! Good thing i checked my records. Please guys rather GO AND DOUBLE CHECK ALL FINES ON PAYCITY website. If they are not scammers then there systems cannot handle the job properly and should not be offering a service if this is the case.
