I was looking for a specific product that a client requested and so I decided to give Swartland here in Cape Town a call. The sales person listened patiently to my request and told me that they do not manufacture window frames to the sizes that I specified. Even though they could not help me with a product, the staff member was very knowledgeable and immediately recognised the the company who made the windows I was looking for from the dimensions given. That helped me get to the correct company product.
