After reading that they offer a stress free environment for dogs, I was excited to take my dog there. Unfortunately it turns out this parlour, as so many others, is just another sausage machine. They were packed and it took 2hours, most of it my dog spent in those horrible cages without so much as a blanket. Nothing stress free or comfortable about it.

I have been sending my dog to The Groom Room for many years ..they collect and drop..with care.....their staff members are great and my doggy always looks immaculate. Recommend them highly..Thank you to the Groom Room staff!

Good day, I got my persian cut at a few places before but I have never been so satisfied with a job so well done. Previously he was always traumatised for days afterwards but he was so happy and calm afterwards. I will highly recommend you to anyone. Thank you so, so much. The staff is well trained and the grooming rooms for dogs are well maintained. I prefer though to be with my dogs through the whole process and was allowed to be with them all the time. I will take them there again but only if I am allowed to be with them all the time because I did not approve of everything behind the closed doors and thought that more owner supervision is needed

Had the worst experience with The Groom Room. They have cut and clipped my dog 4x now, the last time was the worst as my dog had to be hospitalized to get stitches. I contacted The Groom Room and they do not take any responsibility for the actions of their groomers at all. So if you wish to sit with vet bills pilling up due to their neglect, you are welcome to make use of them, but be warned a few grand will be payable later.

Excellent service. They really take care of your pets. If you have a anxious animal, theyll let you accompany them into the wash area so you can help keep your pet calm

Jannie is always beautifully shaved. They seldom get things wrong. When they do though, they are prepared to do unprofitable things to set it right. Great customer orientation.

Worst experience Ive ever had, would not recommend the groom room to anyone even if they offered their services for free.My dog came back traumatized after both times that we had sent him their, upon raising my concerns and grievance with the owner, asking to please investigate the matter she immediately responded in a hostel manner stating that her staff would never do anything to harm the pets and that we are just trying to start a fight. She then abruptly told us to leave the premises immediately.Completely shocked by the lack of customer service and concern for the pets.

Even though apprehensive with taking my two fur children to a grooming parlour, they desperately needed it. Phoning in the early morning Cyndy was extremely helpful told me to bring them through when I am ready. On arrival a bath had just come free and they took the two dogs straight through to the wash area, one into a crate. Neither dogs looked happy but neither were they frantically trying to escape. I was told that I would get a phone call as soon as they were done. Within an hour done and dusted and price as quoted. Definitely will be back. Thank you Cyndy.

Been twice and wont be back. Owner argued on arrival that no appointment was made until SMS confirmation was shown, even then wanted to check her own phone to prove the SMS wasnt a fake. Fee paid on collection higher than when booked in. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Picked up the wrong dog at another house and then shaved all my golden retrievers hair off, ignored instructions to wash and and normal cut. Very unproffesional.

First time went there ,find out the name tag is missing. Wait for 1week , no call nothing . Went to shop again , How can I pay R160 for wash my Baby , I can lay for a name tag . The service is disappointed.i will not recommend this place , all they want is your Cash . Credit card machine is not working at All .
