I would just like to thank Dr van Rensburg for the friendly, comfortable and caring service he gave me. His staff at his practice was very helpful and friendly they made me feel important. I was due for natural birth but circumstances changes and my nervous was spiking as so my fear. Everyone kept saying you in good hands dont be afraid. My C section went well and I cant thank you all enough for the good care. Thank you Dr van Rensburg for making sure Im doing fine.
In my experience, I had been using another doctor for a number of years. He has since retired and I, very reluctantly, had to seek out another doctor able to assist me on a medical aid basis. I called the receptionist and was greeted with such sweetness and professionalism. My booking was made. Upon arrival I was treated with such compassion and friendliness and care by the receptionists. The accounts lady was also very friendly and descriptive in explaining the payment procedure. Dr Van Rensburg was absolutely amazing. From his demeanour to handling, all precise and considerate. I never once felt a burden on any of them but was greeted warmly and welcomed graciously. This is my doctor now and I am sticking with them.Thank you so much to Esme, Candice, Louandi (Oh I hope I am spelling that correctly) and to Dr Van Rensburg thank you so much for absolutely everything! I am grateful to be cared for by you. God bless!
Good day all, i went to see Dr Van Rensburg on the 19th July. My first time ever seeing him. I was so nervous but as soon as i came in the ladies at reception were so friendly and helped me with everything. They had all their covid 19 protocols in place, i felt so safe. i would like to thank the two ladies at reception Esme and Candice for all the help and also would like to thank the accounts lady Izabel for the chat. Dr Van Rensburg is really such an amazing doctor. Thank you to all and keep up the good service.
What a great experience, from the receptionist to the accounting department. Dr van Rensburg makes you feel at total ease and I will recommended him over and over.
The doctor definitely knows what he is doing. I love him. and his accounts lady is lovely. and ive had bad receptionist experiences in my life but this one lady takes the cake. Very unhelpful and doesnt really care if you ask something you need from the doctor. You can just figure out yourself.
Your receptionist is HORRIBLE!!!I just called as I need something to be done urgently, why I need to see the doctor is NONE of your business RECEPTIONIST as I dont see the need to disclose that information with YOU! I hope she read this.I was told that I will only be able to see the doctor next year but she can give me a date and NOR did she offer to call me back as part of Client service once she confirms with the doctor! But because the doctor has great reviews, Ill wait!
What the previous lady (DIMPO) said is very true. I was just told in what SEEMED to be a polite way to find another Dr due to there not being an early enough date available. Accounts lady is VERY POLITE and the opposite of receptionist.
Ive been a patient with Dr George Jansen van Rensburg for over 10 years and he continues to amaze me. If you are looking for an exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, calm, approachable, experienced and very handsome gynae... Look no further. You might have to wait for an appointment but this doctor is worth the wait! He just knows... And his work speaks for itself... I had 2 amazing Ceasars and hysterectomy without any issues. I think they would be doing us women a great favour if they could replicate this man....
The Doctor and the accounts lady are lovely people to interact with.The receptionist/secretary is quite rude and annoying. Literally the worst receptionist I have had to deal with at Louis Leipord.
