Lovely general doctor! I’ve been going here for two years now and have been treated so wonderfully! The staff is kind and Dr. Dawood is very understanding and helpful! Have gone here for lots of things like therapist recommendations, medical checks for my visa and more. She’s the best!

Dr Dawood is our family doctor of choice for the past 2 years.She is amazing and I have never had any issues with her practice.Her team is also really friendly and welcoming and they are always on par. There is no waiting long times to see the doctor.Really happy with the service.

As somebody who suffers from multiple chronic conditions, I have had my fair share and experience with different doctors over the years.I am glad that I have finally found a doctor who listens and has truly the patients best interest at heart.Going to a new Dr can be a scary experience for me, especially when they dont know my history but I felt extremely comfortable speaking to her and she gives great advice and knows her stuff.Even the receptionist and everyone at the office is really nice.I actually had a great experience at a doctors office for once..Thank you Dr Neelufer.

Highly recommended Doctor, she is extremely professional and thorough. She is also a very patient and caring doctor so you feel like its not just in and out, she commits her time to every visit and sees to any issues. Dr Neelufer Dawood is such an excellent and most helpful doctor. Ive visited her few times, and I must say shes been so excellent and so patient with me, she makes it so comfortable to talk about what you came for. I cant explain how happy I am having her as my GP. Shes a true blessing. She took her time to listen and also took her time to explain my situation to me.She immediately comforted me by saying that she will do everything to get me sorted againI usually dont do reviews but in this case I couldnt resist.

The below is what i thought when i first saw the doctor. 2 days before my pay day, i had run out of medical aid funds , i was very ill and i asked if i could do an EFT on my pay day, 48 hrs, i was turned away rom Dr Dawood. I will never st foot in her practice again!!! I was diagnosed by another doctor who accepted my payment in 48hrs with bronchitis!!! I therefore Change my 5 star rating to zero. No wonder you are not busy!!!!Very thorough and I got a same day appointment. Will recommend Dr Dawood to friends and family as well as my colleagues, contracted into medical aid which is a huge bonus!!!

Brilliant doctor and very caring :)

The doctor is patient,friendly and very through,she prescribes medicine and test that is only on the formulary of your medical aid. Ayesha who is her receptionist is very helpful and friendly at all times. Dr Dawood stays in contact with you all the time. She is easy to talk to and has good bedside manners. Awesome experience. Ngeke ngincome le ndawo kunoma ngubani. Totally unacceptable false advertising I called at 16:50 and no answer I go on the website and low behold practice closes at 6pm called again at 17:00 still no answer its now 17:36 and still no answer what the hell. People wouldnt be calling your place if it wasnt urgent especially after hours. You claim you open from 8am to 6pm especially for people who lives in the area but you false advertising. You dont even deserve this 1 star. Shame on you for wasting peoples time😠😠😠😠😠😠

Best Doctor Ive been to. She goes above and beyond for her patients. I dont mind driving from mitchells plain to claremont to see her as i dont see myself going to any other doctor. Highly recommend Dr Neelufer!
