This is the worst surgery in Portlands Mitchells Plain. I would not recommend to anyone. They have locum doctors who must be trained in a nursery school. No care or compassion and who misdiagnose their patients. Please do not use this practice. Only there to waste your money or medical aid.

Got an excellent and informative consultation with Dr SMITH (08/03/ 2021)and Dr WALTERS ( 09/03/2021). Service was quick and I felt they hadgenuine concern for my health.. Thank you both.

I saw Dr Walters and was very impressed with the way I was examined and treated,he was very patient and took his time with me.i would recommend anyone to see Dr Walters for consultation.

Scam. Always dont see anything and after taking your samples if no one calls you everything is fine. Made me lose faith in General Practitioners

DR D GRACE - THANK YOU FOR THE ATTENTION AND SERVICE RECEIVED SATURDAY 10.10.2020. We arrived after closing time for the surgery. The receptionist was helpful and asked doctor if she would see us as my husband was in pain. The doctor agreed. The receptionist made us comfortable in the back room on a bed as he was unable to sit because of the pain. She checked on us repeatedly. The doctor consulted him, administered something for the pain and gave us a detailed referral letter for MP District Hospital. ---- I have been to this surgery a few years back and the service was very bad and the doctor did not examine properly that i ended up at another doctor - i vowed i would not return, BUT after Saturday I will call ahead to ensure Dr Grace is on duty. --- Thank you once again

The one star is far more than enough for the utter poor service. Then again, I can’t post till I click on the star. The receptionist is so unprofessional. Have to admit that I never had the unfortunate opportunity to go for consultation there. The occasions I accompanied my wife to the Bay view practice leaves much to be desired. So far she has seen four different Dr’s. Who never gives feedback as promised. When you do call, the receptionist informs that if nobody calls, everything is fine. (????????)

Took my son friday to kathan in grassy park the doctor that was on told me sorry I dont see anything wrong wit him my son is 9 had a fever and headache I had to ask him to atleast give some panado I mean visits are R400 .its sunday morning I havent slept hole nite cos he still has a fever started vomiting and runny tummy during nite really but there nothing wrong wit him .

We had called before going to the doctor, No heads up on ID that must accompany medical card, being my first time at the place and not feeling well at all, receptionist was no help, no courtesy in explaining, scolding why did I not add relevant information, instead of showing some compassion and assisting and made my fiance drive all the way back home for my ID, We had stated clearly before going its my first time.Second time back for a follow UpCalled yet again to make sure on pricing and the doctor does not even give stronger meds, nothing says I should finish up my remaining meds, saying it looks worst, only lengthen my sick leave and they charge full me full price. Where as, the receptionist made it clear its R250 for a follow up yet, robbing a person by charging a full check Up . Not returning to that place. Unhappy with the service all round.

Great service and seldom long waits to see a doctor

Had a bad experience with this place Im not happy how they checked my 2month old baby out giving her alergex not knowing she had a throat infection I paid such alot of money.The ladies who work there are so rude especially the old lady, very rude no respect.I wont go there again.

The branch in woodlands is the worst. Receptionist is rude dr is lazy to do Proper checks and give information like “it’s probably a infection”. Give meds that don’t work etc.

Great service and receptionists. open till late and when needed various doctors on call. Always good service

Dr was not nice at all. I went for one thing and he only saw to that, didnt even notice or didnt wanna notice i had a cold. Have me script instead for what i actually went instead.
