Had a consultation with Dr Mathew this morning and was super impressed. So thorough, really look her time with me. Very knowledgeable, very kind and caring. I highly recommend her and would not hesitate to go back. Her receptionist Des is lovely too.

I’ve been waiting for 2 good weeks for my Pap smear results with no communication from both Dr Sheena and Des her receptionist. I have been emailing Des for the past week and she has not bothered to reply, never expected such a poor service from them seeing that they charge such a hefty amount for consultation. Don’t bother calling their number , they never answer! 😏

The best doctor Ive ever been to, hands down!

Stunning practice, warm with a feeling a calmness, not cold and clinical. Love the childrens play room, just so unique. Dr Mathew, one of a kind, compassionate and caring. Being new in Cape Town, waking up really feeling awful, having to fly to Jhb and knowing that I would not be able to do so, I stumbled across this medical practice, and what a relief and life saver. Would just like to thank Dr Mathew and her amazing assistant Des for the fantastic service I received. Dr Mathew is definitely NOT the 5 minutes ask questions and 10 minutes check on you doctor so you can be out the door in less then 30 minutes for her to see her next patient. She takes her time to listen and hear your problems. She makes you feel comfortable and treat you with such kindness and compassion.Des is such a sweetheart just speaking to her over the phone you feel her caring nature. What a super practice. You may pay a little more for your consultation but ure getting SO much more than u get at the GP. More like 30-40 mins vs. 15 mins. Dr Mathews is so welcoming and interested in getting to know ALL about u as a patient. More of an holistic approach to your health. From a womens perspective, u can go to her from beginning to end of pregnancy (no delivering), pap smears, even pediatric advice and more. What a wonderful gentle lady she is. Go! Ulle feel very cared for.
