We didnt have a good experience using STBB as our transfer attorneys when we bought a property. We had to keep on following up in order to get information and the contact person at their office wasnt solution driven which costs us a lot of extra time. It seems documents were not checked properly before processing them. The cherry on top was when the transfer was finally registered she forgot to inform the managing agent of the sectional title property so levy invoices werent send to us.

Terrible experience with this company, not following up on their sellers financial whereabouts, the property i bought was meant to be transferred I discover its attached by the sellers bank due to default payments .They dont communicate or respond to emails I was forced to copy in the director and then received a response.STBB says I must deal with the agent but yet OTP is in place. MY OTP CLEARLY STATES TRANSFER BY THE 15TH as a result my bond cant be registered the deeds office is closed and the seller wants to charge an huge occupation rental even with an attachment and cancelled bond.A word of advice not to use this attorneys. Not the best choice as a transferring attorney .
