Service is definitely not on par with their JHB branch. They take 4 days to dispatch an order that had 1x item on? Pure laziness, no other explanation for it.

Great place we buy all our computers here and take all our broken hardware in for repairs. Great service and alwys there for advice. Great selection of hardware and software. Close to our office. They also provide delivery service for goods. Most of their hardware has got a 1 year warranty. No hassle repair centre. Try them for your next visit. The open at 8 and close at 5. These guys are unprofessional when it comes to dealing with customers - I have had to mail them more than 5 times over a 5 month period just to get added to the mailing list.Mailed the sales manager {Gideon} about this but did not even bother to reply.

Great Service. Fast and reliable. Their website and distributor systems is amazing , user friendly and i would say the best in SA by far.

Had to go collect and was asked for my ID or drivers license which I had no problem with providing. My problem is that the other people who had come to collect after me were never asked to produce documents of identification and to top it all off I had to wait because the invoice has my colleagues name on therefore he has to sign for it, not me... Was a frustrating experience.

Appalling service! I have ASUS ROG laptop. After only 3 years the battery stopped working. ASUS told me Rectron is their agent in Cape Town. I contact them, they say they have to order battery, I pay them the full amount. After 6 WEEKS, nothing. I contact them. They say they cannot get battery ASUS no longer supply those batteries, they refund me. Rectron does not offer any alternatives. I order a battery from Johannesburg myself and replace it myself for R800. Rectrons absolute failure to deliver service to their clients, keeping a clients money for 6 weeks without a word. I will not recommend them. Will never do business with them again.
