I bought choc & vanilla and got 3 flavors inside 2L tub caramel extra flavor,Nice though but Not what I ordered.

Customer service is non existence. I only attend this place because my kids likes their products. Conversation between staff Members with a customer being helped, is a no no..Help the Customer First, then continue your personal conversation. Its also advisable to acknowledge your customers.

This place is always full but the service is fast and efficient. I visit at least once a week for the granadella suckers. nothing short of delightful!!

Bought the 5l Gatti cheesecake flavor only to be told upon picking it up outside, that its finished.

I heard the ice cream truck music playing outside. Ran out and flagged them down. Thereafter, they drove in. They had great selection. I got the jelly and custard. Delicious. Plus the Orange as well. Their almond vanilla 5Ltr. Truly amazing. Itd taste better with finer almonds throughout the 🍦. I love your new flavours . Keep it up🐞💌

Disappointed experience over the festive period. Burnt Almond Ice cream seemed to miss all the almonds. Good money spend on poor product. No one has contacted me to assist as yet.

The place is well organized and clean

Goods for wholesale prices. Also have to compliment their system when serving customers. Paying and placing orders at the tills inside the building, and then collecting them from the freezer next door helps them serve customers faster and no one else enjoys standing in a queue for too long

Had an after dinner (Havemore) ice cream here, and loved it. Tried the double scoop of black current and mango flavours in a waffle cone. The owner was sweet and loved to chat. I would gladly choose Gianis over Baskin Robins, which was right next to it.
