Good product and great service. My father is very sick and his bed was becoming uncomfortable. After a quick search, I found them on the Internet. My wife went to visit to see the bed, and it was a very good product (better than the hospital bed at private hospital). They could only delivered the following day. After insisting that my father needed a bed urgently, they made a plan to deliver the bed and assemble it the same day. No words can express the joy and satisfaction of seeing my father lying comfortably in that bed. Best decision ever...

My mom disliked the idea of a hospital bed but the K4 is really aesthetic and works really well.

I put in an order in error for a bed rail instead of a bedside grab (assist) rail and had already paid for it when our OT pointed out the error. My request for a replacement was handled with understanding and remarkable efficiency - no time lost and my Dad now has the rail he needs to make getting in and out of bed so much easier. Affordable, good quality products the range is limited but they willing to source the products you need.. The store is clean and enough space for persons with disabilities to enter an shop. The staff are friendly and helpful willing to go the extra mile to assist the customers.

If I could I would give zero stars.There is no chance to call the Edenvale branch. I have tried hundreds of times past week without success. I than send an email and get a quote for different items. Not sure but I believe the people in Edenvale should look for a different job soon. I cannot be the only one complaining.Just to note, there is other companies in the market that offer a fantastic service and I have received exactly what I wanted from Primacares competition in no time.

Its been sitting at the depot for 2 days now and no response from the courier company. We ordered the foldaway commode for camping. Sturdy, high quality product exactly what I was looking for. Can open up completely to fold totally flat on my roofrack and enable me to pack my tent bag on top of it. Assembly a breeze. Fantastic service thank you!

I purchased a fabulous pedal exerciser from Primacare. An excellent exerciser, taking minimal space - another bonus! and the delivery took a couple of days to get here! Wow.... especially in these times where deliveries are overloaded. I would recommend this company highly.

I suspect most people make use of your company’s services under particularly stressful situations due to a loved one’s illness or some kind of physical impairment hence the need for specialized equipment. Your staff, especially the guys (Leonard and team) that delivered and assembled the bed, did so with such positive energy and a smile that it absolutely set the tone for how one views the ethos of the company. It also, made me feel that I made right decision to invest in hiring the bed since I could rely on Primacare if anything relating to the bed needed attention given the service that these guys provided. What a fantastic professional experience I have had. After numerous calls and discussions with Dale - Cape Town branch - the product was delivered the very next day. How flippin awesome is that. The top of the range electronically adjustable executive hospitable bed arrived in detachable pieces. Leon and his crew assembled it and gave me a demo and instructions. I recently ordered a Rollator/Walker from Pimacare for delivery , during lockdown, to a Home for the Aged in a town in Mpumalanga. It was delivered 6 days later. Three of those 6 days were over a long weekend. Fantastic service. A big thank you to Michael and his team. I am impressed.

It is not often that one receives the type of service and satisfaction as Ive received from Michael Lamberti of Home+Care on Friday 24/04/2020. I contacted the office number which was transferred to Michaels cellphone at approx 10:30am looking for a Ripple Air Mattress for my sister who has stage 5 cancer and developed a bedsore. Michael was so accomodating and identified my need instantly recommending the M6 model from a few pics of possible models he sent me. it was exactly what i wanted as I had one before which just malfunctioned. I confirmed the order and he immediately sent me a proforma invoice so I could process payment via eft with immediate payment. It was not even an hour later that he confirmed that I could collect the Mattress in Montague Gardens with clear collection instructions. My son collected and by 1:30pm my sister was made comfortable on this M6 Ripple Air Mattress. Firstly, I’d like to thank you for the speedy delivery time, I’m very impressed! I got this Wheelchair for my mother who has just recently undergone a Spinal Fusion operation L4/5 & although she’s recovering well up till now, she cannot stand/walk for long periods of time. This Wheelchair is going to be a great help for her, now she can finally get taken out to the shops etc. without me having to worry about her falling in the process. The price & quality of this chair is unbeatable too; I did a large number of searches on the Internet comparing prices etc. & this specific chair ticked all the boxes. From first contact to delivery; it was an absolute breeze to deal with Primacare.The service was great, the ordering process was fast and efficient; and the product was delivered at my front door within 2 days.

Worst experience I ever had with a service provider. They dont tell you that you need to do all the liason work with medical aid including putting their claim through. Unprofessional staff. I have the call recorded. Companies like dischem, shonaquip, sparksport pharmacy, etc do a much better job. I am still awaiting my product. Ill never do business with them again.

I recently needed to have a hospital bed at home following back surgery and can highly recommend the products and service i received from Michael and his team.

Wow.....just had my first ride into town on my brand new Envoy mobility scooter!But, first my dealings with the distributor, PrimaCare, Cape Town.I only dealt with 2 people : Dale(always answered the phone promptly and with class) and Manfred (director and sales).I first called some months ago, when I realised more cash was needed!!A week ago, I travelled to CPT, to meet them. Without fancy sales talk, I was soon convinced that I was not only dealing with the right people,but they also had the right product.......from Germany, nogal!

Service was pathetic to say the least. In fact, it was not service. Michael, being the director, had no clue how to handle my case. None of my calls were returned. I had the rollator only for 3 months. He said they dont normally have a guarantee on smaller items. Although my receipt was misplaced when I approached them, they showed none of the promises and statements they make on their website. After emailing the receipt he tells me I misunderstood him. How do you misunderstood bad service?
