More than 2 months ago I wrote a complaint stating how poor the service. I wanted to fill up, however I was told they cannot assist as they close at 08:00PM. When I told the attendent the time was 19:56, he still refused to assist.After writing to engen, they told me they would get back to me, but they never do. It got so brazen that they dont even bother responding to my emails anymore and when I call, I get the same response, the owner hasnt responded to them. 1 thing is for sure, engen doesnt take customer satisfaction serious, because no company can take 2 months to resolve something so simple.

Pathetic service with faulty pumps. One of the worst service stations Ive ever used.

Only 1 diesel pump working for 3 months.Same excuse everytime, the non existing owner from Joburg will fix it.. Garage needs urgent upgrade. Dont even think of getting any service from them. We forced to use the garage because of fnb.

Terrible garage to fill up. they close at 22:00There is only two or three pumps working at a time, so you have to queue for petrol.The Service is poor, most of the petrol attendants dont know what is customer service.Its sad to have a business like this running in strandfontein.Theres only one good petrol attendant that stands out and his name is Overton. I got stuck a few years ago and he let me use his phone to call someone.And then in this year he did me another favour.

Poor service definitely. The petrol attendant (Phenyo) through in R100 but I asked him for R200 petrol. Same guy didnt replace the petrol cap and it fell off during my driving. After noticing the missing cap I went back, his supervisor couldnt help me. Told me to sort it out with attendant (hopeless). When I asked for the owners details he refused to give. This number on website dont work.Wont go there again and will report it to Engen Headoffice.

The entire facility needs an urgent upgrade. Its unfair to the community who actually supports well but doesnt have the facilities to brag about or invite friend from a different area and point this venue out as a landmark.

Can do better with upgrade to convenient store
