Good eveningI cannot express my grief mor, but this is the first time Ive experienced customer as gross as tonight at Engen Flamingo Vlei. My son and I came to buy some snacks for tonights soccer game on Supersport and discovered that PnP was closed. We had no choice but go next door as we also wanted to make use of the atm. We came in by the door and another white gentleman after us. We bought 2 packs of Lays which already had an issue with the pricing which didnt correspond to the promotion price tag, I enquired from the young lady at the counter and she couldnt rectify the problem, we then wanted cooldrinks that was on promotion but nothing in stock. We also checked for chocolates but the store was SO HOT that it felt melted and we left it. Then I asked the lady why is the shop so hot but she just omitted to answer me. I then asked her why shes not answering me and she just continued to ignore me. I then asked her wheres her manners and customer service and she just abruptly responded that the next customer is waiting to be helped. Well, Im also a customer who deserves to be helped and treated with respect and dignity. What bad service. I will definitely put it on social media and our community groups to not support this store as I dont tolerate undeserved disrespect from anyone. My tone of voice based always been kind and friendly hence I dont appreciate such behaviour. So if you even care about your customers I will definitely check to see if its a common culture of your establishment if you dont personally respond via a phone call to apologize and have the young lady apologize for her behaviour.A very dissatisfied customer.Aidan

Service is not good.I went there for the second day time this year. and .left without receiving the fuel I went to buy. and in all instances I was about to fill up full tank. they always assist people that came after. and its intentional.

This garage doesnt pick calls. They have NEVER picked my calls for once especially in the evening. Very frustrating. Too bad!

Racist and rude, the guy decided not to help me, to mke me wait, he decided to put petrol in another car that came in long after me. I ask for the owners nbr no they dont hve it.

The guys outside petrol attendants got excellent services, the cashiers dont greet very poor service earlier today i was there buying water i ask the cashier on duty to give Me 2 five rands coins then she said i need to beg her for the change hence just bought the water there
