HotInk do good print-work, but I found lately the attitude of the business is getting more unprofessional. We do not interpret each clients specific needs, we just press print and whatever the client gives us is being printed. We take no responsibility for setup, unless deliberately paid and asked for it Very much more money focussed than service. I do find many other printers, faster and quite more helpful in town. :-(
