Dr. Landsman did 5 fillings over 2 days.my first fillings that I experienced and was very nervous. She was extremely patient and nice with me. Did a good job!

Absolutely LOVED my experience at DentalWize. From making the appointment over the phone to leaving when my appointment was done, the staff was extremely friendly and so helpful and accommodating. Facilities are so modern and I felt safe (regarding COVID) the entire time. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.

I went to see the oral hygienist and although never the most fun outing, she really made me feel so comfortable and she was amazing. Amazing experience. I had a cracked tooth, from top to bottom and expected the worst. Dr. Tiaan was so cool calm and collected. He was in no rush, took his time to explain options available, did what we decided on and off I went to enjoy my Christmas and holidays with a smile on my face. His 5 stars should be 10.

Had my wisdom tooth surgically extracted by Dr M Viljoen about two weeks ago. Although it was a little daunting at first, the overall experience was not bad at all. Dr Viljoen was very reassuring and she did a GREAT job. The recovery period was remarkably short and I was up and about the very next day. Overall a very good experience :) Id highly recommend this practice

I think I am one of many that have an intense fear of dental practices but I can say without a shadow of a doubt that Dentalwize is the one place I can confidently make a booking and actually feel relaxed and confident when I go. Had a root canal done there two years ago, which was a great experience in its own. That tooth recently got a abscess, which can happen if a root branches etc. Had to pull my tooth. The options and procedures was explained clearly, the procedure itself was really painless, and they offered to do it free of charge. Generally they are very well priced. Dr. Tiaan Furstenburg is one of a kind. Cool, calm and collected. 12/10.

Decent dentistry at a good price. If youre on a tight budget, this is the place to come to. Know that the dentists tend to be less experienced or newly qualified. The front desk was surprisingly unprofessional and unfriendly. For more intricate, technical or difficult dental issues requiring application of current advances in modern dentistry, I would not recommend coming here. For your everyday check-ups and basic dentistry, thats affordable, this is a good place to come to.

Ive generally always had a good experience coming here. Always have someone available, especially if urgently need assistance.However, the front desk seems to be a serious problem. Telephone etiquette needs to be seriously addressed as well as lack of professionalism when making a booking.Never experienced this until recently (over the last 6-12 months)Wife also had a very bad experience with one of the doctors - lack of communication as well as poor work resulted in her having to go back - she still has discomfort and this has been over 12 weeks (as stated by the doctor that this could happen).Hopefully these issues can be addressed as i see there are other comments regarding poor admin.Other than that, thank you for your service during these times of Covid - 19.

We need to visit the dentist on LOCKDOWN. Were not easy to find a dentist late afternoon. Extremely friendly. Very profesional. Our new dentist definitely.

Prices quoted differ. They just stated they are on holiday, not giving any dates. A month later and stll awaiting my email response, which seems like will never be responded to. Very disappointing!

My husband had his tooth extracted at DentalWise, and had an opening in the sinus cavity, due to his long roots. I phoned and left a message as we were concerned about it. No-one came back to me. A week later my husband contracted a severe sinus infection. He went to his GP who was furious because the infection was so bad and said that he should have been given antibiotics after the extraction as the infection could go to the brain. Now we have extra expenses for the doctor and the medication which was totally unnecessary.

I went to Dentalwize in Sunvalley. What a positive experience. You are greeted by two friendly,efficient receptionists, who have all the relevant forms ready to fill in. The appointment I booked was at the time I was given. No delays. The dentist, Dr Marco Binneman, made me feel relaxed and confident and explained to me as he went along what he was doing.I got up from the dentists chair feeling how fortunate I was to choose such a pleasant dental practice with such a professional and competent dentist.Well done Dentalwize Sunvalley for providing such an excellent service.
