I went to this practice a few weeks ago and had a great experience with Dr. Moosa. Went for a consultation and she was really helpful and explained to me what I needed to do to get my smile 100%. Unfortunately the front of house staff is really unprofessional. They have a whatsapp system and my whatsapp regarding a prescription did not get a response. When I called the receptionist she hung up on me while I was still talking then when I called her back she did not refer me to the dentist as I had asked her to. Instead she gave me her own opinion on what I should do regarding my health. Not a pleasant experience.EDIT: Thank you so much for the response, Dr. Moosa. I accept your apology. Much appreciated!

I cannot recommend All Smiles Dentist enough. The practice is organized and efficient, the staff are friendly but professional, and Dr Ismail Sayed is absolutely fantastic at what he does. He takes you through each step of the process and is always willing to answer any questions that you may have. I had been dreading a visit to the dentist due to past experience, but I am so glad that I found this one!

I love this place. There’s three doctors and each with their own specialty. It’s a family business. I needed 2 implants and went with the senior male dentist. I now have 2 implants fitted and it was completely painless. The teeth that attach to the implant will be in soon! I can’t wait to be denture-free. I did my crown here in 2018 and month after putting a crown it fell off and was told that crown wasnt a perfect fit and they had to send it to the lab again to redo it and one of the assistance told me that was not the only one with falling crown. Was done and they fitted it in. In early 2019 crown fell off again and was cemented back again. Last year I went back to them while was pregnant and they told me that the problem was one tooth with the crown and that they filled it and said they dnt want to do the crown due to the fact that am pregnant and dont want to give me more medication and this year I have the same problem with the same crown and I went to visit them after I called in and I was told they would call me back and never did and had to call back to get yesterdays appointment only to be told that I need to to bridges due to the fact that this crown is moving like a loose tooth that want to come out. Very disappointed that they only recommeding other procudure now after I have spent so much money on this crown and also this bridge was never recomended at the beginning. Very disappointed I think they are good when you are new client and after Sametime they stop caring.am not going back to them and would recommend anyone to go there for anything other than a wash.There has been so may change in assistance meaning that there is really problem in there and the other the dentist was talking rudely at the assistant while performing my procedure which I found that not being professional.

Amazing customer service and team. I have had my braces installed, teeth washed and wisdom teeth extracted. The team has excellent intercultural communication skills, the Orthodontist is a detailed-oriented person In her craft.I have recommended their services to many of my varsity mates and family.Keep up the good work.

I had the most heartbreaking experience when I went to All Smiles- Firstly they told me really bad news and basically didnt try to be nice or say any kind words whilst doing it. The nurse/assistant actually came to kick us out of the room in a not so friendly way. Worst experience for the first time Ive ever been to a dentist.They then said they will send the amounts and options for the next steps and the XRays. Regardless of me reaching out - called them twice and asked them to please send my Xrays and an invoice so I can claim from medical aid but I keep getting the same response that the query has been logged with the doctors.I paid a high consultation fee to which the nurse/assistance said medical aid would cover R165 which turns out its actually what I cover and the medical aid covers the rest.Quite the horrible experience. Luckily my neighbours seeing me so distraught after this recommended an amazing Dentist - Dr Rassol who is at Sable Square, Century City.---------------------------------------------------Post ResponseAnd again from the response below - this was responded to so quickly because its public but Im still waiting for my email with invoices and the XRays. I still dont feel any concern in you wanting to resolve the issue.

Dr Sayed is an amazing Dentist. He and his folks run this brilliant, relaxed surgery in beautiful Cape Town. The wife and I found them on a different online site and visited middle of last year. Not too sure if this surgery even deserves a star at all.R30k for braces. The normal traditional braces. Not Invisalign. Recieve my retainers 4 months after I got my braces taken off. My two front teeth has shifted drastically again. I spent 2 years with braces on, looking forward to perfectly straight clean teeth. Well my teeth were more damaged than anything else. Glue was not even removed after treatment. Extreme sensitivity. Pain sensitivity in the back only to realise its a rotten tooth and it was completely ignored. Sensitivity was never seen too. Its now 5 months since removal of braces and I still havent had the glue removed. Ive recieved my retainers and the chances of my teeth being as straight as what it was just before they were removed, I feel it highly unlikely because I recieved the retainers too late. What a huge disappointment. In the time I was there, the amount of different assistants I have seen, variety of receptionists is ludicrous, clearly shows the professionalism standards. I will never recommend this practice to anyone!I could have gone elsewhere and have better care taken!My 21st Birthday present gone for a absolute waste.My emotional abuse I endured from skew teeth just sets back once again.Dentists clearly have no idea what one goes through when they have skew teeth, then called brace face for the duration of having braces and only to wait for your retainer and have skew teeth all over again

This is the best dental surgery I have visited. The waiting area was spacious and clean. The doctor and staff make you feel comfortable. My smile makeover was planned carefully and the finish was beautiful..if I may say so myself.

I was seen as an emergency patient on a Saturday which was great as very few dentists were available. My dental experience was excellent. The doctor was kind and reassuring and relieved me of all pain. The treatment was outstanding.

Absolutely the WORST dental work I had done in years. I got a temporary filling redone TWICE, in Two days after it fell out an hour after I left the offices. The 2nd time happened on a Thuresday, called in to tell the receptionist for the dentist to get back to me only for me to wait for a call that never came.Friday came past, so I called and guess who isnt in the office until the Monday? You guest it! Shocking dental work accompanied by great staff is a bit of a contradiction in disguise.If you value your time and money, avoid his practice at all costs.

Poor manners from Dentists. Treat staff badly. Reusing suction pipes.
