No one answers the phone!
Took my labrador, Milo in on Sat, found the dog shaved when I went to pick him up! Was shell shocked... went back on Sunday to lay a complaint, to be told by the assistant I asked for the dog to be cut... yes, as in the hygienic cut that has been done the past year, every month.. NOT to be shaved. No apologies, as in sorry it was a misunderstanding, nothing!Spoke to the manager, he asked me to send him a picture of the dog, which I did. He said he will investigate and I propbably will get the next grooming free. 3 days later, asked what the decision was, no reply...We buy all our food, snacks, toys etc. at the same shop for the dog. Is an apology and the cost of one wash really worth losing the next 7 years of bussiness?
