From making my appointment, being greeted by reception to finally being seen by the Dentist, my previous experiences at Brackenfell Dental has only ever been positive. Extremely friendly, helpful and most importantly....GENTLE! I have been helped by three different dentists at this practice, and they were all very attentive to my level of comfort, and I can honestly say I experienced no pain during any of my procedures. I can highly recommend this practice!

Dr Mouton is amazing I have a nerve condition of the face called trigeminal neuralgia and she makes every visit as painless as possible. She is so gentle. Never ever changing dentists.

After struggling all weekend with a massive tooth ache that actually gave me the runs, this dental practice was very helpful and accommodating, after being turned away at other practises. The dentist herself was very empathetic to my plight... Wow! I would highly recommend this practice and will definitely make them my families prefered dentist.

I wouldnt step foot in here again. Dr Schutte injected my nerve in my tongue and two months later my mouth is still numb. The receptionist is so useless she doesnt return calls nor relays information. They charge so much however cannot even call the patient to say sorry for the inconveniences and me having to still suffer. Honestly they are the worst!!!
