Timbacore are very customer oriented. I was surprised at their efficiency and helpfulness. They communicated well and made sure that I left as a happy customer. Service of this standard is too rare in Cape Town.

Service to get a quotation was not good and it does not seem as if they want business.

Phoned today to have someone come out to look at the wendy house option and I was told that I 1st had to be happy with the cost before they send someone out. How can you quote without 1st meeting the client and discussing what they need. You need to re-look at your customer service. I would not be asking you to come out if I didnt have the money for a wendyhouse.

Great place to shop hood

I was referred to Timbacore by a friend for their prices and service and boy did they deliver on service :-)I just needed planks to convert a solid wood door into a workbench. Shawn listened carefully as I explained (no drawing or picture to assist), made a list of everything I needed and showed me all the options untill I was happy. He quickly picked up this was my first real project and I might not even have all the tools, nevermind muscle power to assist. With a smile and no judgement, he suggested they make the workbench for me. Being a bit of a perfectionist, giving over control, made me a teeny bit nervous, but I convinced myself to take the risk. He was even kind enough to look at the youtube video I was going to follow to make the workbench.Needless to say, after my first inspection of the completed bench, I requested some changes for things I didnt take into consideration. My mistake. Patiently Shawn listened again and later emailed me a scetch/drawing for approval.I am over the moon with my workbench. Thank you so much for your patience Shawn and thanks to all the helpers and the friendly guy in the workshop. Even the delivery guys went out of their way to make sure they leave me smiling. Im still smiling.

The guys is friendly and helpfull, but the parking is bad with no wheelchair facilities. And they are not cheap with their quality products.Bad for a place who make such quality products but no investing in customer care🙈
