Placed and Paid for a online order 10 March 2020. 15 days later goods still not received. No one from the company provides any status updates. You have to phone, be placed on hold and then be given conflicting info. Very Very frustrating dealing with this company. When I asked for the order to be cancelled and my money refunded I was told NO.... Huh? They are not very good at offering a online service.

Although it was kind of hard to find the staff were really friendly and willing to help in any way they could.

Non-existent return policy, ignore emails, promise to call back to no avail.

Its unique and they offer more than I expected. I wish they could open a store in Durban as I had to travel all the way to find ballet shoes for boys. I loved it.

I will never recommend this place. They act helpful when you need assistance but everyone just passes the buck. I bought a pair of boots from them and returned them within 2 days because the boot was meant for dancing but was very flimsy. I requested a refund and have been given the run around for months. I have still not received my refund even though a friend also returned her boots the same day and received a refund. The owner Antoinette is the worst. The rot starts at the top.

I had to ring the bell multiple times over 15 minutes to get service while they were working at the back. It was a disappointment but I hope the product is worthwhile. If you know your size order online what a schlep.

We werent lucky enough to find what we wanted on the day we visited, so my daughters were a bit disappointed. They have a good selection of leotards and other dance wear though.

Dance shoes were manufactured to very poor workmanship. Returned the shoes to fix, received back and after wearing the shoes twice, the heel broke and I nearly injured myself.
