I chose this pole studio simply because it was the closest in my area, and I was delighted to discover it is a welcoming, cosy, diverse and professionally run studio. I did two terms of pole here, one for choreography and one tricks. Instructor Cara is friendly, helpful and a great choreographer. If I move back to this area I will definitely book more classes at Dance4Fitness.

Special mention to Cara. I had never done any form of dancing in my life and started with pole dancing. offers a tailored approach taking into account each individuals fitness level. Highly recommend this place :)
