Back to Basics is the best! The classes are small and intimate. Hannah and Megan are great instructors. They are professional and experienced. Individual care is provided where needed. Their skills are off the charts. Thanks for a great workout every week!

Tried the new Zumba with David classes and had a blast!Not being any good at dancing myself, it didnt matter since the moves are fun to try and easy to learn, but most of all a thorough, full-body workout.Will definitely be going back for more!!

This studio is exactly what you need when you need to have fun, dance and Zumba your heart away!!!! Davids zumba classes are always jam packed with fun, laughter, wiggles and inspiration. He brings a special vibe and love for life to the class, rarely found these days and for this, I highly recommend him any day!!!!!!!!

From start to finish this team is amazing. Megs has guided me to improve my health so much, from not being able to sit in a chair when I started with Megs, to being able to sit perfectly & join group sessions! I have never felt so confident and comfortable.

If you want good excercise and have fun at the same time, Back to Basics Pilates & Physiotherapy is the place for you! I never liked excercise before, but is doing pilates with Back to Basics now for 4 years already (3-4 times a week). I have become addicted to it. Thanks to Michelle (my happy tonic) and everyone else involved with Back to Basics for making this possible!
