Timeless Africa Safaris was recommended by a friend 5 years ago. They organized a tour to South Africa for us. We travelled with 3 children and had such a fantastic experience that there was no question of us hiring them to organize our next trip to Africa.Our travel agent - Kim - did not disappoint this time either. After several postponements, we finally travelled to Rwanda and Kenya in September this year, while still under COVID. The whole trip went according to our expectations, everything went perfectly, smoothly and safely. The service started from the moment we got off the plane and was tailored to our needs throughout, so we had nothing to do but soak in the sights, enjoy the sight of mountain gorillas, hike in Volcanoes National Park, admire the great migration of wildebeest and listen to the roar of lions at the evening campfire.We arrived home about 3 weeks ago, but weve already asked Timeless Africa Safaris for ideas for our next trip, which we will undoubtedly be entrusting them to organise.

What a seamless trip organized by Louise. As a first time safari-goer, with loads of questions - every concern was answered patiently. The packing lists supplied was a must have and then the super-useful Timeless Africa Safaris arrival pack which included every need for a game drive was the best thing ever!The trip exceeded my expectations, and certainly saved loads of time planning myself. I was lucky enough to travel just before all the airports shut down due to Covid. Having never been to Vic Falls, Timeless suggested that I stay in 2 different lodges as they offered different scenery and activities. First up was Old Drift Lodge, literally on the mighty Zambezi’s waters edge, with wildlife walking right through the camp site and of course the sunset cruises were stunning. After 2 amazing nights, we transferred over to the Elephant Camp and on route did a canopy tour.The scenery at Elephant camp was indeed vastly different from the Old Drift Lodge and I was blown away by the views of the ravine while enjoying sunset drinks. The following day we were treated to a tour of the sanctuary on the reserve and I was stunned at the lengths that the conservationists have gone to, to protect not only the wildlife but also to work alongside the locals to form a joint effort to protect and preserve what mother nature blessed us with.Far too many highlights to expand upon but I have to single out the falls, a sight and sound I will never forget. Thanks to Timeless Africa Safaris for not just the holiday but listening to what I wanted and packaging it to make it even better than I could have imagined.

I was planning a 20th anniversary trip to multiple countries in Africa during covid which was a stressful experience. Kim, Marco, and Team were exceptional walking me through the process with sage advice every step of the way. One of the most impressive parts was when I was actually on the trip, Kim was available to me constantly via WhatApp to answer all of my silly questions. This isnt a 9 to 5 operation, but someone who genuinely cares about creating a special experience fo you and helping you every step of the way. I wanted this to be a trip of a lifetime and Kim/Timeless Safaris certainly made that a reality.

Timeless Africa Safaris - Kim Evans organized the most amazing Gorilla Safari for us to Rwanda. Every detail was taken care of and the trip went off flawlessly. Rwanda has been an experience in what can be achieved by a nation that acts collectively. The Rwandan people have made such an incredible recovery post the genocide. So many lessons to be learnt from the citizens. From the city to the farms the pride in their country was so wonderful to experience. The Volcano National Park and Gorilla Treks were absolutely exciting. We were so blessed to have had this opportunity to see these majestic creatures in their own environment. Thank you for such a superb experience Kim.

The care they took & attention to detail was absolutely next level right from the beginning. Just before we left on vacation Our travel agent personally came to see us at home to deliver all our tickets, booklets , caps & goodie bags. Especially during COVID - they made it so seamless & easy. Won’t go with anyone else in future

We had a fantastic experience on Safari, all very well organised by Timeless. Great viewing of the big five at Shamwari, food and service. Camp Figtree and Prince Albert hotels were beautiful.

Timeless Africa Safaris arranged every last detail of my daughter and my trip to Rwanda to visit the Genocide war memorial, Golden Monkeys and incredible Mountain Gorilla’s. We were so excited to receive our incredible travel packs the day before leaving, only to test positive for Covid and our entire trip had to be placed on hold. This happened twice.Kim our agent was incredibly patient and renegotiated our trip each time. We barely paid any penalties due to Kim negotiating with Rwanda Air on our behalf.The actual trip exceeded all expectations. We would looked after incredibly well by Henry our guide. We stayed in comfortable, beautiful accommodation and did abs saw everything we planned plus more.I cannot recommend Timeless African Safaris enough.

The service from Timeless Safaris Africa was both very professional but at the same time completely personal. They went into the most intricate detailing for planning our trip. I’m lucky enough to still be in contact with them and will definitely be travelling with them again, sometime soon.

Timeless Africa Safaris organised our once-in-a-lifetime holiday to Xugana Island Lodge in the Okavango Delta. The attention to detail and the precision with which everything was arranged was unbelievable. They took care of every step and we felt we were in good hands all the way. I love to travel and pride myself on being able to organize amazing trips, but Africa is a bucket list trip and I wanted to ensure we had an exceptional experience. Kim worked with me and our group of 6 travelers over the course of two years (thanks to COVID) to plan a remarkable trip that well never forget. She understood exactly what we wanted in terms of accommodations and experiences and delivered for us above and beyond along every stop of our journey through Joburg, Cape Town, Stellenbosch and Kruger. If I we go back to Africa (which I hope we do one day), shell be my first call!

I had a wonderful trip to Zambia organised by Timeless Africa Safaris. This totally unspoilt wilderness is off-the-beaten-track. I arrived in Lusaka, then a small aircraft to the Lower Zambezi. Our Time+Tide lodge was located on the Zambezi River and offered fantastic riverine safari and canoeing on the mighty river. I then flew to the Valley of the Leopards, South Luangwa, for the famous walking safaris. A totally unforgettable trip, thanks for organising.

I booked a 9 day trip to Uganda through Kim at Timeless Africa Safaris. Kim was very responsive and didn’t push me when I delayed booking due to covid.The entire trip was brilliantly organised and I enjoyed every second. Our guide in Uganda was Moses and he was fantastic, making sure that we knew what to expect, arranging additional gorilla tracking permits and trips and his knowledge of the wildlife and birds was great, he also had a great sense of humour.The lodges we stayed in were second to nine and the staff couldn’t do enough to make sure that we felt at home.I travelled on my own but it was an added bonus that the other ladies on my trip were great fun.I wouldn’t hesitate to book through Kim and Timeless Africa Safaris again.

One of the joys of 2019, and a personal highlight for my husband and I, was embracing local tourism and our trip to the KZN Battlefields and the Drakensberg! Due to personal reasons our dates shifted a few times and Kay could not have been more patient and gracious in scheduling and rescheduling flights, accommodation, excursions and the car for us. The TAS online presentation system ensures that your itinerary and every detail of your trip is in one easily accessible place. With preparation and support like this it is no wonder that our trip was seamless. It is my wish that every South African could have the opportunity to experience a battlefield tour...there is so much we can learn about our present from our past. This trip made me fall in love with history again! Our itinerary struck just the right balance between history, activity (hiking), scenery and relaxation. And food! Lots of delicious food! We stayed at Rorkes Drift and Cleopatra Mountain Lodge. We were so touched when the TAS team remembered that our original trip (before Covid and other things changed everything) was to celebrate our anniversary and arranged a special picnic for us.
