Maxlaw was quick to take my mothers money for legal fees and to put her under debt review. I even took her in to fill in forms yet again to get her debt review removed. Now they dont respond to emails or calls. Pathetic service.

They dont respond back too ur call Ive made arrangements for following month for them to debt 3days after speaking to a agent a debit order of R75 went off my account then R635 there customer service is the worst Ive ever experienced in my whole life....I went too police station too lay a case against them Im got a lawyer too attend this problem guys please dont agree too anything they say u must do they dont respond to your call and they dont respond too your mail big scam be alert!!!!! We in a pandemic and its people like this thats destroying our people they a bunch of thieves

I canceled my debt review clearance and my credit profile assessment a week before my first debit, and i also emailed them and whatsapped the agent to cancel there service In one day i made all this arrangements, they debited anyway, i was told by the agent that i must go to the bank and reverse the R550 they debited. He assured that i will get my money back this way, which i told him that his company must refund it. On my way to the bank now. And will find out if this is true

If I could rate negative stars, theyd get a solid -5. I think this company is a scam. Stay clear everyone and anyone.

Paid a full year, over R6000.00 and with no benefit... Worst service ever, complete waste of money, would have been better to allocate the money towards debt

I was on the call with the consultant and still waiting for her to call me back and boom now i receive an sms stating that they will deduct 595.00 from my account without my consent. I am totally disappointed in your service

A guy called I submitted everything u received a message that they are going to deduct money from my account I called back and canceled but now they are saying I should pay for the service that I received

Scammers and fraudsters. They called me for this credit review and like a idiot I gave my details and then only done research on them after. Calles them right back to cancel that debit order of R550. This all took place a month ago. Today they deduct R65 and R550 after they have said they will cancel my subscription. The number I called them on all of a sudden dont work. Be aware. Dont use these people.

Beware scammed me... Dont give your details to them

I apply pay them R550 for 6months only to find out 9months later my name is stl not cleared.Be aware people Im the loser now
