Staff were very helpful with sending a parcel and their rates were good.

I am a small bussiness owner, and frequently ship small parcels. I usually use a drop-ship (stoor-to-door) service of another company, but one day nobody had sleeves in stock for them, so I stumbled upon this courier guy kiosk. I was pleasantly surprised. Their rates was good, especially for small parcels and the staff was very friendly. I decided to start using them more.But when I returned this morning, there was no service at all. There are only two staff members helping customers, and they were busy with the same two people for more than half an hour (they were there before I came, and still there when I left almost 30 minutes later). Only 2 people are allowed due to Covid, which I understand, but at some point they opened the security gate, as one person, which I assumed was a customer, was leaving, and I went in to take his place. A bit later that same guy came back in, and told me that only 2 people are allowed, and that another gentleman was there before me. I therefore went back out again, and waited. Another customer joined the queue, and left again in frustration. The guy in front of me also complained that they were especially slow today. Another staff member kept going in and out, but we were never acknowledged, or given an estimate of how long the wait would be.I therefore left, after about 30 minutes of waiting, to go buy a sleeve and use the company that I always use instead.Above the counter there is a sign that reads why we are different. One of those reasons are supposedly clear communication and performance. This is clearly not the case.

Very good service the only thing I can ask if they can get 1 extra staff member to help book in parcels so that there is 2 consultants at all times assisting, otherwise the wait can be long to book stuff in. Otherwise excellent service

The courier guy is one of the best courier services there is in RSA. We have had so much joy dealing with this company. They are always on-time to collect or deliver parcels. We have been dealing with a man called by the name of Qasim and he has been the best ever. Guys, keep it up!!
