The ABSOLUTE worst courier service. Cannot believe I paid R115 for a regional delivery, and it takes extremely long to actually get my parcel. Why does all parcels go to Bloemfontein first? Its pathetic! Im only 3 hours away from Cape Town. Now I must wait 5-7 days because Fastway Couriers think its important for all parcels to go to Bloemfontein first, which is 11 hours away from where I am. Not satisfied with the service at all. Rather move to The Courier Guy. Cheaper prices AND faster shipping times.

Worst Courier services in the whole of cape town!! No one ever gets back to you!! If you try to track your parcel online it also does not give the relevant information needed! Worst courier I have came across.Im still waiting on my package and its been 2 weeks. The package is being delivered from Cape Town another Cape Town address. I could have just picked it up from the supplier which would have probably less of an hassle.I messaged the company about it and the lady keeps forgetting to check up about the package. My package does not seem to be a priority which is frustrating as this is an expensive package as well as now a late gift to a friend.

Still havent received my delivery, while the parcel tracking shows attempted to deliver and error delivering. Its impossible to get in touch with anyone to find out whats going on. Im not sure why online retailers use them, pathetic service!

A special thanks to the staff and the owner of Fastway Couriers in Cape Town. They really mare the effort to help my get my urgent parcel before it missed its flight to USA! A Special thanks to Aldwin who put me in contact with the owner. Johnny the supervisor at their dispatch personally went and fetched my package. Each and every member of the staff I had contact with was friendly and helpful. A great experience and highly recommended courier company.

According to my tracking number, Ive received my goods, which is not the case. Neither myself nor the person I nominated to receive on my behalf was contacted or signed to receive anything and we have both been onsite all day. Where my package is and who theyve given it to, is a mystery. Cape Town.

This isnt the first time Im complaining, probably the 6th or 7th. Fastway just cannot seem to get it right, almost every time my parcel is returned to depot unable to deliver and the all of a sudden when i complain it miraculously arrives a couple days later. On average Id say it takes a week to receive parcels from within SA. Everyone else is able to do it within 1 to 2 days.Judging by their rating after over 1000 reviews i can see Im not alone. Those out there using this service to delivery your products please rethink it, there are many other courier services that stand out and are able to get it right. Fastway is making the shopping experience with you a bad experience.

Worst courier company ever; No one should ever use them to courier their goods. I bought 2 perfumes from some company (Discounted Perfumes SA) and they used Fastway couriers to send the product to me; Fastway couriers made me wait more than 2 weeks for my goods, worst part is when they finally delivered it, one of the perfumes was broken, and spilled all over. I lodged a complaint, no one has called me back or followed up. That is how terrible their service is.

Pathetic service, I am not impressed. My order from Jhbg will take 5 days to arrive. The tracking app shows it was collected on the evening of 29th and despite w app messages I got nowhere trying to find our where it was. Evenutally i phoned the Cape town branch who informed me it would arrive on Monday! they certainly dont live up to the name Fastway Not again

Pathetic service. Package has been sittjng in their warehouse for 2 days, causing me to miss having the package delivered in time for my sons birthday. Called nr on website, guy told me he will get back to me, but never did. Sent numerous messages only to be sent office nr, which is not being answered. Really poor customer service.

Pathetic service, everytime they state failed delivery attempt but they were never here. When they eventually delivered the delivery guy was not wearing a mask, I asked him to wear a mask and he told me he has sinuses, asked him again and he complied by putting it on but mumbled fok off as he put it in on.

I was not at home when the Fastway team (Elton) arrived to deliver. I was at a cafe - near by.... and guess what .... not the normal well wait or well come back when dispatch re book the delivery .... far from it, oh might you be close ... ahh ... I know the place ... Ill be there in 5 .... and Elton was. Just astoundingly rare level of service and so appreciated - made my day. Thank you Elton, thank you Fastway! Shocking service, called more than 12 times to find out why my parcel had not been collected yet (it was confirmed this morning)… out of the last 4-5 calls, 4 times the call was answered (the ‘holding on’ music stopped, and you could hear someone on the line), and the calls were all dropped.This was between 16:30 and 16:59… god forbid someone actually works at the office.What’s the point of having an office number and a connection to so-called “customer care” if no one answers your calls.The WhatsApp number is an absolute joke.

So, i was extremely skeptical at first because of all the bad reviews. But i had no issues. My phone calls were answered, my emails were answered, and i got my package at the estimated delivery time I was given. Only slight complaint i have is that it felt like it took a bit long to come from Joburg, otherwise PERFECT service :)

I have been trying since 6 May to contact Fastways CT branch with no luck, the constant message being that the line is busy. Fastway couriers delivered a parcel for me on 6 May. On his way down my driveway the driver misjudged the width of the driveway - more than wide enough to take a much bigger vehicle - and drove though part of a newly planted garden, dislodging 2 large rocks in the process. They were about to drive off without trying to put the very heavy rocks back, and to at least try to replant the plants that they had uprooted in the process. To say that I was disappointed is putting it mildly. Sadly, I wont be using the supplier who couriered the goods to me again since he uses such an unprofessional company.

My parcel was with the courier himself on Wednesday. My husband called the company and rhe courier himself with no luck. I received a call from am extremely rude woman today. Informing me that as its a work address, they will deliver on Monday only. I was still talking and she hung up on me😡This company is pathetic. Also, they dont seem to know that its a crime to hold onto the goods that people paid for. It is theft!

I ordered a computer part, which is not cheap. I paid for 1 business day delivery. Got a phone call 1 business day later with the courier saying they outside my house. They went to the wrong address, i was so upset, what if someone else took it? They then said no they will deliver it tomorrow. I lost it called fastway told them I paid for a service they need to deliver! My biggest concern is how does a delivery company not know how to use area codes? The address was correct they just miss read the address. Must say i did end up getting it the same day, very grateful for it. but only after i had made a stink about it. Not my fault if they cant navigate.

Fastway never delivered my parcel. I was just told someone signed for the parcel and thats it. Is that not fraud??! No follow up, so many calls made, no feedback. There was a Nolu assisting before but she stopped taking my calls when I would ask for her. I am utterly disappointed and disgusted

I feel your service is patheticIve been calling since Thursday regarding a parcel from durban. All they say is the truck will come in this evening. Today, Monday morning I called the guy said the truck has not arrived and not sure when it will. Like how cant you know...track the truck or something.there tracking is not updated top like why not. I have been with fastway for 6 months, and everything when it comes to their admin department is a headache... we moved to CPT and it has taken me a MONTH to move my account from JHB to CPT, the CPT branch almost never answers their phones, now today after a month of struggling to move the account I cannot print my labels, this has impacted my business GREATLY as I am a Takelot seller and cannot refill stock... DO NOT UTILISE FASTWAY IF YOU ARE WITH TAKEALOT. Management needs to really sort out the CPT branch - Its ridiculous how I have been struggling.

I will say each company has room for improvement.I ordered Something from Johannesburg, South Africa, the company used fast way courier. Mind you This was a free delivery. I was very worried due to the bad reviews. Nonetheless, I am extremely impressed 😮 by the Good service. I got a message at 16:00 05 March 2021, my package 📦 was picked up by Fastway’Around 17:00, I got another report that its on the way to Cape Town . Monday at 13:17 08 March 2021in Stellenbosch, I got a call from a friendly Driver “I am at your Door 😂😂😂😂💕”. I was like this is a lie after all those bad reviews I read this is not possible.My goods are in perfect condition 💪👌👌👏👏.I couldnt wait to review my service from Fastway courier’ you surly stood for your name.And thanks to everyone who gave their bad reviews if it was not for you I might have not gotten such a good service.

Any On line company that indicates to me that delivery will take place with Fast Way couriers, will receive an immediate cancellation. This courier company ticks all the boxes above: Poor Quality AND Poor Value AND Not Professional AND Not!! Any online company that deals with Fast Way courtiers does not deserve to get any orders from me. They dont answer the phone and when they do eventually they will pass you on and then disconnect and when you try to online chat you wait forever for a standard answer. Never, never never again

So I ordered something from a company & they use this courier & all I can say is stay away from them as they are useless. My package showed onboard on the 15/06 @ 6:48am & I still never received it. I waited whole day yesterday. I phoned it took so long that I ran out of airtime.This morning I phoned for them to tell me my package will only be delivered today that was at 9am the lady told me that they will phone the driver to hear by when they will deliver & I’m still awaiting the phone call. What Fastway lacks in just about every single thing you would expect from a courier service, they have one saving grace - Taighe Van Wyk. Fastway delivered my parcel to the wrong place. Because of this mistake, my parcel went missing. Trying to get hold of anyone at the Fastway depots are near impossible and incredibly frustrating to deal with. They still have not responded to my email that I sent yesterday. Taighe helped me though and he was absolutely incredible. He deserves a raise and a promotion. Taighe, you get 5 stars! Thank you for the help!

Dont waster your time. Even more so as a business. We have had a parcel wait there (for the third time) in South Bay for 7 working days. 7! And not even during peak.No one answers the phone, emails or anything. Just have customers upset and waiting... Still.If you feel like getting frustrated, angry, wasting time trying to email and calling repeatedly. Then these guys are great for increasing blood pressure and stress levels. If thats their job. Then they are spectacular at it. Exemplary poor service. Top notch.

Shocking! My package has supposedly been on one of their vehicles 2 times now in the last 5 days, but on all those occasions, they failed to deliver it to me. No reasons, no explanations, correct delivery details (according to the contact centre agent I just spoke to). They just simply failed to deliver! This depot is listed as less than 5km from my house.I have a simple 1 Main Road, Suburbville, 1000 address thats easily found on Google Maps, and have received hundreds of parcels here. Hundreds!Someone even called to confirm my address too.But.In this age of GPS and Google Maps they have been trying to find my house for 3 days now. 3 days! They say Im getting my package Monday now, so that be 5 days in the wind.Im probably never going to buy again from the company who used them to deliver my now late parcel.

After so many bad reviews I read about this company I was panicking that my order won’t arrive in time or something but my package arrived yesterday early than expected, the only bad thing the courier drivers don’t do is to call because I expected to receive a call all day long but nothing thanks to my friend’s little brother who collected and signed for me, next time the order could possibly be delivered on the wrong hands so please do call when you reach the destination of the person you are supposed to deliver the package to.

Spectacularly poor service. Phones are rarely answered. When they are, calls get dropped. Promises to return calls mean nothing. Tracking numbers that are completely valid one day, are unrecognizable as tracking numbers the next day. Use missing address information as reason for non-delivery, then manage to quote complete address information. No idea how this company can remain in business.

I am absolutely disgusted at the poor and unprofessional service of Fastway why have a contact number if you not going to answer your phone or continue to drop the line.I love working with the franchise drivers and owners, but having to deal with Fastway Head Office for information is like drawing water from a stone. Sadly they were unable to help me, until I spoke to a franchise owner who guided me to an available option, that Fastway in actual fact does offer, but this information was not provided when speaking to staff at the Fastway Head Office in the first place.

How this crowd is still in business is a mystery. This service is a nightmare. Call center is almost impossible to contact. The Chat feature on their website does not work. E-mails totally ignored. The courier locate feature has the wrong numbers and even ex employees listed. Hellopeter has is full of complaints against Fastway South Africa, No response from them what so ever. Youre better off using ANY other service. Use this company at your peril.

Probably one of the worst managed courier services. I cant add much more than what the other reviews already said. Also note to ask the company you are buying from if they use Fastway. Cause you might wait awhile.How on earth does a courier company not find your residential address? Ive called them 50 times now. They have not picked up. They told be the day before that my parcel would come that day... Its 3 days later and I still have not received it. Normally, waiting 3 days for an item isnt that bad, but when they have clearly told you that it will come that day, then its bad. No one answers calls in Pretoria no matter what number you press.No one comes back on WhatsApp once you’ve added your tracking number - it’s over 35 minutes now and then they close!
