I have had 4 great life coaching sessions with Mia, focusing mainly on future career choices. It was great to have someone listen and help me find my way, while not dictating or influencing my choices. I have 2 sessions left, which I cant wait for.

Working with Mia has been a complete revelation. I was initially unsure whether coaching was what I needed, but now, having established myself on a new career path over the last few months, I can see that it was undeniably essential in helping me reach the place that I find myself.Mia is a warm and gentle person with a profound groundedness. Although she emanates wisdom, she refrains from giving you any answers and instead, creates a space that allows your deeper thoughts and feelings to surface and come to light. Every session had a light-bulb moment and, apart from the sense of catharsis when letting everything flow freely with an attentive and trust-worthy ear, Mia was incredibly helpful at guiding me to create a concrete action plan. Knowing that she would be asking about my progress at the following session was a great motivator to completing the tasks and really get the wheels in motion. I feel I have been able to step confidently into unknown territory as, through these coaching sessions, I realised that the skills I needed were already in my toolkit.Id like to thank Mia for her complete presence in our sessions and I shall definitely be booking in some more time with her when I am at a crossroads or feel the need to talk anything through.

Mia was kind, gentle and thought provoking. I felt heard, understood and empowered. Never once did she force her opinions on me. We did alot of guided self realisations together. Thank you Mia.
