Alot of variety but I feel that the items could be arranged in themes. The staff is super friendly and helpful and prices very reasonable.

The store has quite a bit of party supplies to offer. Some products are a bit pricey while others are reasonable. The store was empty when i visited which was great to shop in. The cashier was friendly, however, I was put off by the fact that she coughed into her hand before touching the products I bought and even my bank card. I was so freaked out, as soon as I got to the car I sanitized every single item even the plastic bag and my bank card. Please inform your staff that they need to sanitize before handling customers cards and purchases.

Had to wait long outside to collect Pre rented costumes when a back in 5min notice was up. Another lady who phoned left because it was taking too long. Then I phoned and another 10 min passed before the person arrived to open the shop.

If you need a costume then this is your shop. I love this place and this is where I always get my costumes. They have costumes from babies to aduls. This is a great costume shop. The rental price is a bit expensive but trust me it is Worth it.

Rented a costume for my daughter. My wife returned it only to be accused of the costume having cigarette burns and smelling of smoke. After explaining to the staff that we dont smoke they insisted my daughter was the cause of the burns, meanwhile when she fit it at home it smelled of smoke and perfume which means it was never washed. If you want really bad service I recommend this is the place...never setting foot there ever.

Really disappointing when this is the only shop around that can help with costumes, but have the worst client service. No help from assistants who would rather be chatting with each other, or on their phones, or smoking outside, than assist when asked. They give a general vague show of hand where you can search, and when you ask, they shout from behind the cash register where you can search. The shop will unfortunately still be used as said, its the only one of its kind here.

The two ladies not very helpfull at reception and not alot to choose from. Also a bit expensive.

Its convenient and you can find any costume from dress to wigs at an affordable price and you get half the deposit back when you return your costumes.

I greeted the 2 girls but they didnt greet back and not once while I was in the shop did they ask me if I needed help with anything. I spoke to friend of mine about the pathetic service and who also went there to hire a costume for his daughter. He had the same treatment of bad service.

Needed to get something to dress my brother up for 40days thing in matric. People are very helpful and has lots of diffrent things my brother ended up going as a cute bunny...😊
