TJ took so much time to show me the right products for my face, explained some techniques and really just made me feel like a princess. It’s my second experience at this store and the staff are really amazing and welcoming, and care about your purchase. Thank you for making me feel special each time I visit! TJ...you rock

The rudest, most unprofessional bunch. There is a short Blonde lady who is especially rude. I wonder is that the criteria, when this shop recruits staff cause if it is, you are doing an excellent job.

Oh my goodness!! What a rude and terrible service I received. Even my 7 year old daughter was not impressed at all. I miss the old staff, except the gay guy who is still there extremely Rude! The way he bloody Janes my child for standing on the way. IM STILL LIVID!!

Putrid service. I was recommended this brand and decided to visit the closes store from where I reside. The lady who assisted me applied a colour that does not match my skin tone at all. I had waited a bit to be assisted and the staff are unprofessional and rude. Please try a different store.

When you stand in line to pay and they (yes they) run off to help another customer pick out an eyeshadow colour. Best way to loose a paying customer.

They have great varieties of cosmetics and the shop attendees are the best

I went to this store and had very unprofessional and rude service. I was told the MAC product I previously bought must have been fake as apparently the colour NC20 is fake when bought in Asia. If your staff is unaware of your stores locations around the world, that is worrying.

Although always busy, the staff are always helpful and friendly.
