I received the worst service and attitude at this store that I ended up leaving without making the purchase I had intended on making. The two ladies on duty Sunday 25 July were unhelpful and just gave me attitude from the moment I walked into the store. I definitely will not be going back to this location.

Service always great, love the products, but struggled for over 30 minutes to get their liquid soap pump to open. At those prices LOccitane should ensure that their pump mechanisms are the best and always work. Suggest that buyers always get the shop to test for them.
