Excellent food, service is a bit slow, but overall worth it

Excellent food and excellent service. My girlfriend had the Ha bowl and I had the caprese salad. We shared the Moon juice. It was all delicious!

Like the design of the store, it is immaculate and clinical.The owner came across as arrogant and the staff member violent, both seemed uneducated on the ingredients they use, and unwilling to be transparent about it, simply refusing to answer basic questions.On research findings, ones humble opinion observes a gimmick concept bordering superficiality. Its called cherry picking scientific data and exaggerating the true efficacy of the ingredients through learnt manipulation of marketing and advertising skills. For example, the peptide marine collagen has numerous basic variables to consider in order to have actual visible and positive effects on the skin, such as age difference and lifestyle will determine amount of collagen intake required to actually see change on the skin. Actual clinical research shows a minimum of 3 months of regular and frequent daily intake above 4000 IU depending on age in order to see significant results on the skin. Also, there is no scientific evidence backing the claims made with most products sold, therefore will companies like this be challenged to start their own independent clinical trials on personal customers, it will improve standards and creditability in South Africa overall.Lastly, and very seriously will the owner and his staff member please take a look at the Intimidation act 72 of 1982, educate oneself to avoid threatening potential customers because of one word said to the boss.Wishing you guys the best with the business adventure, continuous learning, evolvement and improvement all round.
