The course has good content, but the course material was not customised for our environment which made connecting with the content and manual very difficult. The course manual also not very good quality and content a slide pack which when you work through it after the course you miss have an actual manual or training guide. We crammed 700 pages into 4 days and wrote an exam the 5 day which was content overload. This can be a good course but the content and duration does not lend to the value for money I expected.

Overall the experience and content shared was ok. Some improvements can be made with regards to the quality of the manual/guide used during the training.
