I would like to COMPLIMENT the ladies at the Lorraine Garden Pep Store, Port Elizabeth for going out of their way to assist my husband and I when a power failure while paying our Municipal account occurred. The money was taken from his account and the ladies at Lorraine never gave up to find the money. We did get a refund, and only because of EXCELLENT SERVICE. Pep cell you need to train your staff customer service yesterday I went to your store in Mfuleni I bought cell phone after 30 minutes notice the quality of the phone was not what I expected the cashier instead of of listening to my complain she accused me of looking for an excuse to bring the phone back to my defence I ask her why would I want to bring the phone back when I need it. Im very disappointed with the poor service I received as I payed money for product if Im not happy I have a right to enquire about it.

Im disappointed with the service we received from Pulane at Springs mall pep.We decided to buy the mobi cel router and she didnt give us the free SIM card because we said we are not going to use it . The sim card is loaded is 10gig data. We went back today to ask for the sim card she said she threw the sim card in the bin . Who does that ? Really. clearly she stole the sim card and is using it
