Absolutely pathetic, inconsistent. Do not accommodate the client. They are suppose to assist with effective communication and efficient service to aid individuals but instead I get passed around from one person to the next, only thing in common? No one knows how to do the job.

What a horrible company!!! Ive spoken to five of their agents now. Two of them hung up the phone in my ear! Thats the CUSTOMER SERVICE they offer to your clients?Secondly, my number is linked to someone with a Ngwenya surname that I do not know. I have repeatedly alerted them to this but it is yet to be fixed.Thirdly, I had a Zone Fitness Account with them. I HAVE been requesting a paid-up letter to be sent to me as per my right. This has not been done after speaking to FOUR of their agents who promise me Ill get the letter in a matter of hours when we speak on the phone.So you tell me, how am I to trust their services and legitimacy if :1) They have my cell number listed in someone elses name.2) Cannot provide me with a simple paid-up letter after multiple requests for it to be sent to me?Im so sick of this running around when Ive held up my end of the deal and paid all the money they required from me. Absolutely horrible service!!!

I am so annoyed and fastrated of their customer service campaignI have been trying to get an updated stament with the payment i made at the store EDGARSThey kept telling me to send the proof of payment which i dd like 100 times but it has not been sorted yetAnd i desperately need tk pay this ACCOUNT offBut theres no way forward like i am stuck.The customer service campaign is very poorThey do not know how to accommodate customers .

This group is pathetic. After paying up an account and asking for the paid up letter, nobody answers and online chats and when phoning them they drop the call when you ask for your paid up letter. When you request it online nothing happens. Jokers

1 star is even too much for a rating.I tried contacting this company yesterday to sort out a Edgars Acc matter. All i wanted was a email to be sent to me with amounts outstanding etc. I spoke to 3 consultants at the call centre ...each time i only got as far as saying hello. Then they went into silent mode. They pretended they couldnt hear me. I know for sure that they could hear because when i shouted hello.. i heard a yoh.Each time after the silent treatment the call would just be put down. I wasted 1hr 30min trying to talk to someone.I eventually phoned a landline in Woodstock. The receptionist said she would get someone to call me. Im still waiting.How are you supposed to sort out your problems if the consultants dont want work.This company is pathetic.

The worst and so unprofessional rude agent i have dealt with from Nimble collections - VIWE is her name - i simply wanted a reference number for my phone call and she blatanly refused and droped the phone call on my ear.

Not even 1 star, just HAD to choose 1. Literally the worst company to deal with. EVER !! Phone numbers listed dont exist, deep into Google I got hold of a number of someone, get told to phone other numbers (that dont exist). Get told they will contact you shortly, it does not happen. Agents you do get hold of are rude, working from home with BAD lines. Avoid at any cost.

Hopeless concern. I was getting automated calls from Creditworx (which belongs to this gang) repeatedly, and each time I picked up no-one answered. I called the Creditworx number twice to complain about this, both times I was cut off by the consultant. I then called the Nimble HO number per the internet and was transferred to...the Creditworx calks centre. Nimble doesnt seem to have a human manning their HO number. Pathetic.

These consultants don t update accounts after several conversations I still get threats, but my accounts been paid up since 3/4/2018. I will be lodging a complaint to the ombuds for all the hours of calls and time aswell as my name....
