They are pathetic thre for 2yrs im still waiting on a case to be resolved an its nw a month im trying jst to get ahold of 1 person thre every day i call shes either on lunch or off if u go thre shes in a meeting or not availble or shes off the cape town branch is useless therez not even a branch manger to speak to bt u as a registered members money is good enough for them to take
