Only recently signed up for a new gym opening in Somerset West, however they keep changing the opening times but don’t respond to customer emails and there is no answer when you call. Starting to get concerned if this company is a scam.

Not heard from the gym since June 2020. I got a surprise debit order this month after cancelling my contract at the end of 2019 (contract was set to end at the end of June 2020)But because I cancelled in person and cant find a piece of paper, they are not willing to cancel my contract without getting payment.NO I will not pay a cancellation fee and NO I will not pay another premium for this month.

There is a criminal cell operating from the Milnerton branch, stealing belongings out of the locker room. A lock does not save guard you from theft. Two incidents in three days - someone took my iPhone on Monday 04 Nov 2019 out of my bag in a locked locker. Incidents are swept under the rug. I was just informed about another incident on Saturday 02 Nov 2019.
