Its monday the 6th of September today im in food lovers kensington in park meadow shopping centre we were very disappointed as customers as this store made us wait outside and decided to let us in at 08:15 this is clear that the store is managed by an irresponsible Store Manager

I called the Foodlovers head office today to complain about the experience I had with the manager of their Longbeach Mall shop. Needless to say I have received no further communication from anyone at head office. However, it is obvious that ultimately the individual consumer means very little as it is all about money.

Food lovers TOKAI how can a Franchise go for good ti the worst shop never got stock staff never now nothing that is happening.... But spend millions on a revamp for nothing.

I went to FLM at Westgate n was refused entry because I was not wearing a cloth mask. Half the people that went in as well as workers there had their masks under their noses...mine closes my nose , fits close to the face, unlike the plastic shields that are worn by some. I havent heard about a law stating it must be a cloth mask. I was very disappointed.

Bought Big River fresh cream from FLM Centurion. The cream is watered down, inferior quality and once its beaten and stands a while becomes watery

Usually a promotion is to attract customers, BUT this one at the Sandown Road Parklands, just lost a few ( as I also purchase for some elderly folk) .As a DAILY regular I just left the store with the office admin lady. She purchased over R200 stuff for our office. When asked if she wanted the promotianal stickers, and not understanding them, she said no. As we walked from the till I asked if she got the stickers and said she should collect as WE go to this store every day. ( office is walking distance). I turned and asked the same cashier who refused the stickers. I spoke to someone to call a manager and she returned to say he said we wont get the stickers. The manager did not even have the decency to talk to me face to face. There excuse was that the Knife company ( promotion company) gave these instructions. REALLY???STICK YOUR 2 STICKERS.

Go to Food Lovers Market for fresh fruit and veg.They have much more to offer like their in store restaurant and bakery - you will be glad you shopped there.

At times i wander if Food lovers Market think their clients are idiots. We have been buying the rounded cheese that you sell from Parmalat for years. Lat year we could not find any at the store in Somerset West and when we inquired when they would have stock we where told that it was an imported cheese and that they had stopped all imported cheese purchasing. After I phone head office we suddenly found out that they had the cheese and it had not been ordered by the Somerset West branch. Not imported, but local manufactured cheese. Now I went to the new opening of the store at the mall only to be told by the manager and the cheese buyer that the factory had closed the waxing plant for the cheese down and would not be producing that same cheese any more. I today spoke to the buyer and managed to get the suppliers name. So I contacted them. They are still making the same cheese and have not closed down anything. Food Lover Market have cancelled buying that cheese from them.Do you think that we the public are stupid???If your staff can lie like this to the public that have been buying from them for years, maybe we should stop purchasing from your stores as you do not have the decently to tell the truth. I wonder what else you are lying about??

I an disappointed in the way my complaint was handled on ground level. For a store manager to engage negatively on a waiter when I had complaint about the manager... not on. And still waiting for the regional manager to call me back as promised on 03.02.2019.
