For a moment, whilst I was reading the negative feedback from other users, I was wondering if we were talking about the same company. My experience was totally the opposite. With a quick response on an online link, a follow up phone call, an alternative plan to deliver faster and a very friendly and knowledgeable engineer, I can only confirm that I will use them again with time to come. Dear NatashaThis is a short note just to thank you for your prompt response to my urgent call this morning for a technician to come and sort out my home printer which was jammed. Not all that long afterwards Dmitri arrived and in no time at all he had disassembled the machine, sorted out the problem and told me that my machine was still as good as new, so there was no need for him to take the machine into the workshop for a service. It is clear that Dmitri knew exactly what he was doing. Please also convey my appreciation to him.Working from home under lock down conditions is already hard enough but when ones equipment starts giving in, it becomes impossible. I was desperate when I phoned and feel doubly lucky to have come across you because I had no previous experience of your firm but simply found you via a Google search. The best service from anyone in the industry.Claire is a great help and always goes the extra mile. we bout a machine as an upgrade and were loaned a unit for 3 weeks with no charge until we could authorize the purchase. I purchased a new machine but was given a larger more capable machine at no extra charge. Now that is service.Been with them for many years now and wont change!

Truely the worst service a company can offer! We have been waiting 6weeks for our ink. This happens with almost EVERY ORDER! Week after week they have a different excuse why they cant stick to their ETA. I would definately recommend everyone to stay as far away from Digital Revelation as possible!!!

Thank you for a good experience. The technician arrived on time, sorted out my problem as best possible and was pleasant. It took longer than I thought it deserved but I had the problem sorted so was happy.

How do you keep your business afloat? Your service is unacceptable, your staff dishonest and your feedback inaccurate. You disappoint time after time. Decision makers never available (how convenient) and your customers suffer as a result. You have an opportunity to turn the tables, but from what I have seen thusfar, you wont even try. Only reason why you have 1 star is because Google wont allow me to post if all 5 are greyed out.

I was told ON EMAIL by Cindy we can get a refund for faulty toners we had to return. Now that we have returned them they are refusing to give us a refund. Clare just keeps giving me excuse after excuse as to why we cant get a refund, conveniently ignoring the email where they said we can. So now they have our money and we had to buy toners elsewhere.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!Absolutely terrible service been almost 2 months and i have still not received the toners i have ordered. Clare keeps making promises that she cannot stick too and does not answer her phone or bother to return my calls. I could probably write a book on how bad it is. If i could give negative 5 stars i would!!!

I have been a client of digital revelation for a few years. This has to the worst business we have dealt with as a business owner. The service is terrible. Anton and Clare do not return calls. We stay without ink for a while. We end up paying for a printer we cannot use.

We were conned into renting a printer from digital revelations with huge promises and then signed a contract ... which is impossible to get out of because of the financing with another company. They gave us an old broken machine that couldnt print any images over 4mb! It has been non stop HELL dealing with this company. The machine keeps breaking down, parts keep breaking, when the toner is running low we contact them immediately to let them know and then it still takes over 3 weeks to get new toner. in the mean time we have run out of toner and cant print anything. They non stop give us the runaround. Clare the owner is a huge liar and has never once taken responsibility for her pathetic organisation! PLEASE do yourself a favour and stay well clear of them.

Do not use this company!! Probably the most hassles and the worst service we have ever had. I have been waiting now for nearly 2 weeks just for them to get back to me about sending a technician and this is just the tip of the iceberg.
