What a wonderful experience. I can make many curry styled dishes from years of experimenting but Bombay to Cape Town showed my son and I a new style of steaming fish in banana leaves and hand rolling superb “rotti” style bread which were totally special. Eating by hand whilst sitting on the floor, I felt truly as if I was in Mumbai for real. Everyone should experience this special treat.Lovely couple and I felt at home.

Our group of 4 really enjoyed the food we prepared and the method Gautami used to teach us. Wonderful evening and highly recommended.

A totally incredible experience all round! Gautami is an amazing host and teacher, making learning cooking skills easy and enjoyable. Loved the relaxing, homely vibe, and the stories of her travel experiences. The food was authentic, simple to make and so delicious! Would recommend to anyone with a taste for spicy food and a sense of adventure, will definitely be coming back for another round!

We had a great time, just three of us in the class, so we had lots of opportunities to try making things and asking questions. She was able to accomodate for my allergies to dairy and gluten which was such a treat! Its not what I expected, but even better, as we cooked food I had never even heard of from India, making it an authentic experience. We had the opportunity to ask lots of questions and it was very informative about Indian food and culture. Definitely would recommend. The food was delicious!

This was such a lovely experience for myself and my husband. We were warmly welcomed into Gautamis house, where we helped to cook three very tasty meals! It was fabulous because everything we learnt can easily be applied at home. Thank you for a great evening!

Gautami welcomed us into her home and assisted our little family group to prepare some beautiful Indian cooking from scratch. A most enjoyable morning. I cannot wait to try the recipes again at home.
