Nibbly Bits Sandown has always been my go to when needing to satisfy a craving or simply to treat friends and family to a basket of goodies. Today, however, I was extremely disappointed in the poor service. After spending a fair amount of hard earned cash, I made my way to the till. After greeting the cashier, I gave her my cloth bag as a responsible citizen would do. After she had rung up the items and I had paid, she continued to fuss around the counter and I was left standing there not knowing what to do. Do I pack myself because of Covid protocols? I have no problem with that but just communicate. No, I am told, you bring your own bag, you pack yourself. Does Nibbly Bits not promote recycling and reducing plastic? All other retail outlets gladly receive and welcome customers who bring their own bags. I find this attitude of the staff member terribly short sighted. Very disappointing.

Brilliant customer service. I called for a product. They were waiting for it come in. Less than an hour later I got a call back to tell me the product was in at store (I hadnt left my number). Thank You - Prince and Staff at Nibbly Bits Sandown!

Variety of woolies biscuits at great prices. Would be nice if they had some gluten free options though

I heard that Nibbly Bits sells their broken & damaged baked goods for ridiculously cheap but ive visited this store 4 times already & there are NEVER ANY such items on their shelves and their regular items are insanely expensive!! You can find similar products of better quality for quite a bit cheaper at virtually any grocery store...

Fantastic Woolworths goods at a fraction of the price. Mostly focuses on sweet and savory snacks. Bargains on Christmas goodies like fruitcake this time of the year.
