Only people who know customer care are at the hot food section. I have never experienced such bad service from a PnP and believe me i have been to most. I normally go to this one because it is close to work and when i go there i know not to expect good service. This pm i went for few items had my own bags, as soon as you offered a bag and tell the cashier Ive brought my own its like you doing something out of the ordinary. She Sampson packed my stuff and they did not all fit to which i took then out and packed properly in the 2 bags.

I want to thank The Somerset West Pick n Pay staff for their service. The cashiers always have a friendly smile, the green grocers always very helpful but there is Jaime Lee who has gone above and beyond. I want to thank him for going the extra mile when he didnt have to. He exceeded my expectations.He saved the day by sourcing peppermint chocolate for a special dessert.I did go to other stores to find the chocolate and on return to Pick n Pay, he came to me to find out if I found the chocolate I had enquired about earlier and then took my number and said he would get back to me and he did.Thank you for taking the time to give such exceptional customer service.I will always come back and support this store.Thank you and I appreciate all of you for being in the frontline and serving our community.

The worst PnP Ive ever been to. PnP clothing pathetic. Will never go there again. Staff think they do you a favour to help you.

Called the store 8 times (no answer). So i thought they might be busy coz its festive. Decide to take a drive till there then i find like n handful of customers shopping and the staff out on their own buzz. Pathetic service

This store has still not sorted out its staffing problems, despite the manager assuring me that they were aware of the problem, and were addressing it. Too few tills open, and long queues. The only positive about shopping here is the friendly faces behind the tills, but that is not enough for me to continue to support it.

Good super market. Could work on being a little bit cleaner. The staff are helpful and always have a smile.

Pitty I cant give it a zero. This is not the first time I have experienced this bad service. Only two cash registers are usually available and there is no staff to pack your groceries. Specially the elderly are not assisted. The staff has a bad attitude..... Always!I usually try to avoid buying here, and mostly buy at Checkers.They should learn from Pick&Pay Waterstone.

Rude cashier, doesnt handle items with care and doesnt want to hear what Im asking. Wont see my money again.

Had to wait in the que for about 30 minutes inside, and then went to Pick n Pay liquer store and wait another 30 minutes before I could pay. Feeling very frustrated!

The shop will give you the basics, staff is helpful, but dont try to buy more exclusive product. Youll be disappointed :-)

Every time I shop there the queue is so long and they only have 2 tills going....management can see the long queues and do absolutely nothing about it!!!! Pathetic service!

Very slow with their services at the tills. Express point have only ONE open till on a SATURDAY!! Propably a problem with staff?!? But that is a problem since i started shopping there 3 years ago.
