Quite busy most of the time. Convenient location.

The car wash is unbelievably slow, it should be a sin to work at this slow pace. There’s no management overseeing the car wash and everyone operates at their own pace. Will never recommend this car wash to anyone. Been waiting roughly 45min just to get into wash bay and there was only one car ahead of me besides the vehicle in the wash bay.

The service from the guys on the forecourt was great, friendly quick and efficient. Inside the shop was a nightmare, sullen staff allows certain customers to jump the line And when called out on it becomes hostile. Even though i received good service from the petrol attendant i will not be returning.

The service at this petrol station is VERY SLOW! I was standing at petrol pump for almost 20 minutes before I was served. And there wasnt alot of cars in the station... and when I wanted to pay the card machine wasnt working so I had to get out of my car and pay inside the shop... really BAD service!Herman Krause

Has to be the worst and slowest car wash in the world. 9 cars in the queue and the attendants are standing around talking to each other. What a joke, spent 1 hour there and didnt even wet my car. Come to this car wash if you like wasting time.

Very friendly service and great prices at the Bottelary Motors car wash! Would highly reccommend. Plus every 10th wash is free with the loyalty card.Well done

Bussy place but quick service and friendly people

This garage is always really crowded at all times, they have a huge amount of traffic and demand but cannot manage it.This is good for business but need to work at how to prioritise, if the demand is at the fuel pumps dedicate more staff there instead of the car wash.Once this is done Im 100% sure you will get triple the clients you get now.

Until what time is the car wash open?

This is my go to shop when the other shops like Pick n pays lines are too long (during Covid-19) I just love that they have Krispy Kreme doughnuts in the shop 😋

No management anywhere to be seen. The store was extremely busy with customers queueing. There was only one person operating both tills. Angeline did a fantastic job but struggled all on her own. The forecourt was a shambles

I have a Sprinter and take it to the car wash on a regular basis, only this time after standing in the wash bay with nobody wanting to start I eventually had to start washing my own bus. Only then did they start. Always had good service, but they dropped the ball. Hope they step up their service.

Conveniently situated but thats about all its got going for it. Staff are slow and always pretty rude. Have often driven to another petrol station because theres just no service.

Dont care about motorcycle they run to cars

Very poor service and no Covid 19 protocol. Petrol attendants mask not covering his mouth and nose, no sanitizing of hands or credit card machine. Unfriended and very unprofessional!

I had the most efficient and friendly service from the petrol attendant Olli today. However I went into the shop to and I stood in the bakery queue behind the customer being served and as I moved forward to be served the lady behind the counter looked at me and walked over to the other counter to help someone else...no explanation, no apology, and no acknowledgement!! How rude. I stood there for a few minutes and then gave up as no one even bothered to ask if I needed assistance. Definitely wont call there again.
