I have just used the Services of Trade Logistics (February 2021) to obtain an Import/Export License for my business. Simone Mathee was the consultant who assisted me. She was clear and concise in what she required from me in order to start the process. I was advised it could take 15 working days to obtain the licenses, however it was complete in less than 2 calendar weeks. A very good and efficient service. Madaniyah was professional, friendly and highly knowledgeable on the import/export subject. I received my license within a week from application. However for whatever reason I did not get the forex account through Invested as that was promised as part of the package. Some Kobus was requested twice by Madaniyah to assist me but just ignored the requests. The reason your guess is as good as mine. Still waiting.

Import Export License South Africa is the most unprofessional company that I have ever worked with.My application was first handled by their trainee, Sam McDonald. Due to Sams incompetence, the application had to be taken over by her superior, Madaniyah Huysamen, who was just as inefficient, arrogant and unprofessional. 15 days have passed since the initial submission of documents, which were approved, and my application has still not been processed. I requested a refund as I am deeply dissatisfied and have not received what I paid for, however, I was only offered 50% back; their website falsely advertises a 100% success rate or your money back as well as receipt of your license in 5-10 days.
