Regrettably, the Service from one their Sales Clerks, was less than satisfactory and we were looking forward to purchasing pumps and machines, but have decided to stay with Honda. Ordered some simple filters as spares for 2 of our Honda GX 160s. One filter did not fit and the sales clerk ( Jonathan), promised to call back as soon as one came into stock. Sadly, I will call you back seems to mean nothing. It has now been 3 months ( ordered and paid for in December 2020)and no call back, no answer to calls nor to whatsapp messages on his personal cell phone and NO Credit for the wrong part supplied and returned. This makes me so angry. Sorry - less than 1/5 for Service from this representative of what I thought was a good supplier.
