We purchased a generator, and then attempted to set up regular services with Goodall Power Systems as they were the service provider affiliated with the company, we bought the generator from. Firstly, we struggled to set up the regular services as we constantly had to follow up with Goodall, and then more recently we attempted to book them to do a job to do some adjustments to the machine. We got as far as accepting their quote, and then no further. After multiple attempts to book the actual job, we have eventually given up as we were informed by the owner of the business that not only is he not his managers PA but that he is also not prepared to micro manage his staff - this when we complained to him with regards to the fact that no one had gotten back to us despite multiple attempts on our part to contact them. Unless you have all the time in the world to beg and plead with them to do the job they have been contracted to do, do not bother booking Goodalls services as they are clearly not interested providing the service advertised to their clients.
