Warren has unethical business practices. Paid upfront for 2 bins, and in the end only used 1 that was delivered. When asked for a refund for the other , he said that they dont do refunds and that I have a credit! Refuses to pay the refundRude and arrogant, stay away from them. The service I got from BIN IT! was excellent. They delivered when they said they would and collected on time to. The staff was friendly from the lady I booked the bin with to the guy who delivered the bin. I will most definitely use them again!

After an incident at our property when part of our roof was damaged by accident, no calls to Warren was answered any longer. Eventually a call from my office phone was answered and Warren admitted having ignored our previous calls as he doest have time for such nonsense. Yup...not impressed, sorry.
