Nathan was recommended by a local contractor as the go to guy for pools. We had him out for an initial consultation and quote. It took him very long to respond and eventually give us a quote, but we liked him as a person and wanted to give him a chance. We needed a complete rebuild of our existing pool since we wanted to add a shallow end. Nathan suggested we use Cemcrete as a finish instead of fiberglass. They proceeded, with the job. The construction was done well and looked sturdy. The cemcrete finish was rushed and not smooth on certain spots. Nathan said with the chemicals he would add to the pool it will dissolve and become smooth. He would also do maintenance on the pool for 4 weeks running after finishing the pools construction. Dents can be seen in the photos where the cemcrete looks like it is sinking...and the smoothness is not coming. He also didnt maintain the pool for 4 weeks. He was here for 2...and we didnt hear from him again as to when he will come and finish the job. The surface around the pool was supposed to be screed to match the patio area and that was messed up royally too. The fact that he doesnt respond, or take any responsibility for his work even though he claims with heavy paperwork that he will guarantee his work. We are highly disappointed in the manner this project has ended. I have to add, that he received his full invoice amount and we owe him nothing...and the job is not done.
